September & October menu 2025 at Broholm Castle
Broholm Castle's restaurant and kitchen follow the seasons. We get many of the raw materials from local suppliers and enthusiasts, most of whom we have had the privilege of working with for several years.
September and October - a small remnant of late summer, but the light fades day by day and autumn announces its arrival in earnest. It's hunting time and we often have several dishes with game on the menu. Mushrooms and root vegetables are also in our kitchen now.
